The goods travel at owner’s risk. Claims and returns aren’t accepted 8 days after receiving of the goods.
Every possible return must be free carriages. After contract payment terms have expired, the current UK law will be applied.
Goods remain our full property until invoice have been finally paid. Any dispute will have the UK law applied, and it is agree that the Northampton County Court shall be the competent court.
